Shipping - To assure safe delivery, all UK bound jewellery will be posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery with insurance up to £2500. International orders will be sent either via Royal Mail International Track & Signed with insurance up to £250 or via Fedex International Priority with insurance up to £2500.
Please note, I cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen in transit.
As each piece is hand made to order please allow 4-6 weeks for completion, plus postage time. If you would like your jewellery by a particular date please email info@joespurgeon.com prior to your purchase and, where possible, I will try and accomodate your request.
